I am looking to buy a holiday home in SL. I am a Sri Lankan living abroad, with a strong attachment to the country.
I am looking for a 'foreign built/expatriate owned house' preferably, but also open to other suggestions. The house should have 4-5 bed rooms, with servant quarters. There should be a reasonable sized garden. A house situated along the coastal area ranging from Negombo - Ethukala - Katana - Nainamadama - Wennapuwa - Katuneriya - up to Chilaw. The house should be connected to electricity/hot-cold water/phone lines/internet. And should be close to shopping infrastructure (supermarkets, etc.).
What ever suggestions you may have should accompany pictures or links to web postings that could be viewed online. Please indicate the asking price, and if open to negotiations.
